  • IP address (anonymized after 30 days; used for security monitoring)
  • Error logs (stored locally on your device; only shared if you voluntarily provide them for support)

We do NOT collect:

  • Encryption keys or master passwords

How We Collect Your Information

  • Directly from You: When you submit forms on our website for account creation, Software purchase, or login, we collect your email address to send license keys and provide support.
  • Through the Software: Device-related information (MAC address and hard drive code) is collected automatically during login to the EncryptPro Software to authenticate your device and confirm if it is registered.
  • Payment Processing: During purchases, we collect necessary details via our third-party payment processor (Payoneer).
  • Support Interactions: If you use our live chat or share error logs voluntarily, we may receive additional non-personal details to assist you.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies on our website or in the Software for analytics, advertising, or session management.

  • To process your Software purchases and send license keys.
